Looking good and young despite the age is the dream of a lot of people out there. When cleansing the face, always do this in a downward scrubbing motion. Also, avoid leaning your chin or cheek on the hand, as it stretches the skin involved in that position. When drinking, it be advised to drink directly from the glass rather than sipping from the straw. The last tip is avoid any unnecessary squinting of the eyes.
It is never too late to start something healthy, like facial exercises. Given, if you have started late, more time would be required as compared to starting the program early. It is assured though, that the end of your course, healthy glowing skin is just waiting to be revealed.
